Program description

By providing your phone number on the seller form, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Joshi Estates regarding a cash offer on your property. By providing your phone number on the investor form, you consent to receive text messages with new wholesale property alerts.

Frequency

Sellers: typically up to 6 messages per month. Investors: typically 4–10 messages per month. Frequency varies based on activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Joshi Estates does not charge for SMS; your carrier may.

Opt out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop messages. We will send a confirmation and not message you again.
