Joshi Estates LLC (“Joshi Estates,” “we,” “us”) operates joshiestates.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: business@joshiestates.com.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property or target market and your area of investment focus (consultation form; optional)
  • States of interest (opportunity alerts opt-in only)
  • IP address and user agent (for fraud prevention and consent records)
  • The exact consent text shown to you and the timestamp of your consent

We do not collect more than is necessary to evaluate your inquiry.

How we use it

We use your contact information to call, text, or email you about your real estate investment consultation, or to send you investment opportunity alerts and market updates (if you have opted in). We use IP and user agent solely to detect abuse and maintain a tamper-evident record of your consent.

SMS / mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this Privacy Policy exclude SMS opt-in data and consent records; we do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS consent, or message content with any third party for their own marketing.

Information sharing is limited to subcontractors that support our services under written contracts that restrict their use of the data — for example: our SMS provider for message delivery, our hosting provider, and our database provider.

Retention

Contact records are retained until you ask us to delete them or for as long as needed to comply with applicable law. Suppression-list entries (numbers that have opted out of SMS) are retained for at least 10 years per Virginia SB 1339; this retention is required by law and overrides deletion requests for the suppression record itself.

Your rights

Email business@joshiestates.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We will honor requests subject to compliance retention obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
